GenCAD Specification 1.4

This was the input format for the assembly/ICT test software
CIMBridge, made by Mitron. It was "intelligent" output that did a lot
more than the more limited and so-called "pick" file. Mitron was
bought by GENRAD, and they apparently don't distribute the spec
anymore.

Anyone got it?
