I'm also looking for N-CH mosfets (20 pieces) which approx matches these specs: (see link)

At least I need resistors (20 pieces) : http://docs-europe.electrocomponents...6b801dddfa.pdf

Anyone who has these components?

Try digikey, newark, allied electronics, mouser, farnell. There are many more than that. But, this is a good start. Oh, and 4Starelectronics

This probably belongs in another section.

For the first part, I would look here.

For the second, here.

Thank you!

Do you know anything about importing the mosfets from china connected to the site alibaba.com. They seem to be really cheap. What are the rules for importing from China, and are Alibaba secure?

I've never bought stuff from alibaba, but I've looked. My observations are:

1) you're not buying from alibaba, you're buying from one of a zillion people who have advertised their goods via alibaba.

2) prices quoted seem good until you look at minimum order quantities and freight costs. Still OK if you plan on filling a container, but that's an awful lot...

3) is what you're purchasing actually officially manufactured in China? If not, you're probably getting a copy. Even if it is, you still may be. ,

I've recently bought power mosfets from MCM, suggest looking here for a start. 75A will be a little challenging to find in a to-220 case.

A lot of the parts being sold out of China, are parts salvaged from boards they bought
from scrapped equipment. They often work, and some are even original genuine legit
parts, but they've been salvaged from used equipment. Just something to be aware of.
Some company scraps several hundred of a particular piece of equipment. The parts are
salvaged from the boards, and sold by the Chinese.

I didn't have time to pick through them when I posted earlier, I see now they do have one over 75A

MOSFET TO-220AB N-CHANNEL 55V 98A 150W GDS *SS
$1.54 ea
I don't see any high current P-channel there though. They're not as common.

Mosfets are supposed to be capable of running in parallel but I have never tried it myself. Thus two or three lower current devices may do the job.
