Mentors' AMS package installation over ICflow

I ve installed ICflow, set environment variables(MGC_HOME, etc), it
works correctly, (da_ic , ic ,etc)
then i ve installed AMS package, set environment variable
(MGC_AMS_HOME) , when I try to run da_ic it gives an error , and
exits
" /usr/sfw/AMS_INS/ixl/pkgs/da_ic/_bin/da_ic.exe: No such file or
directory"
where usr/sfw/AMS_INS = $MGC_AMS_HOME
however AMS tools work correctly (EZwave, eldo)

if I set $MGC_AMS_HOME=$MGC_HOME
then da_ic works correctly but this time AMS tools do not work,

What I am doing wrong_
Both packages are linux versions , and latest versions.

if anyone installed AMS and ICflow at the same time can help me?
