The fuse is burning every time on my CRT monitor

The fuse is burning every time
I have a Daewoo 17" CRT monitor and yesterday the fuse(inside the monitor) is gone. When i replace the fuse it is burning every time. What will be the problem. How to repair it my self. I took a new monitor and i want to repair this old monitor my self and have a fun.
Please guess something.................

That could be either a short in the rectifier bridge or in the power switching transistor.

Not really, that accounts for 99.9% of the cases.
The remaining 0.1% could be a shorted mains noise filter or a shorted mains electrolytic capacitor.
