Radio control (RC) servo motors are controlled with pulse sequence of 1-2ms
in length where 1ms pulse corresponds to left max position, 1.5ms to center
position and 2ms corresponds to right max position.

I want to use RC pulses for speed control of a 10-15Amp 12-24v brush type DC
motor.
Is there any schematics (and low cost kit) for this application ?

Just buy a good reverseable R/C speed control like the Novak XRS.

http://www.shopatron.com/product/pro...995.4995.0.0.0

Rated for 40 amps, although only at 6V. Novak has bigger speed
controls (to 400 amps!) at higher voltages.
