Capacitor 2816P footprint?

Hello,
I have to make the footprint of a polarized capacitor 2816 and in the PCB files of Altium I found a capacitor 2815, so can I use it instead of the 2816 one?

The 2815 cap is 2.8mm x 1.5mm

The 2816 cap is 2.8mm x 1.6mm

Can you get away with putting down the wider cap on the smaller footprint on board?

Frankly, I have never seen a 2516 cap. What part number are you using?
