How can i fix fan in my new home

Hi, That we build a new home for that we need fan,I got USHA fan but i don't know to connect in roof anyone can help?

Hi, I attach the fan with roof, But i want to know what wire want to give phase and what wire that goes to neutral..

In the states, the black is supposed to be the 'hot'. But this can get a bit tricky if someone has wired in a switch, etc. So it is best to test the wires with a MM, with the electric on.
