I have a AST Bravo LC 4/33 that use for basic word processing and card
games.

Recently on startup got message after the memory check OK

Hardware Problem Needs to be Serviced

11.01

Have no idea what 11.01 is? Have been doing some searching but since
the PC is old and AST is out of business have not found what it means.
This is the best site I have found to date
http://www.ari-service.com/blender/cache/500944007.htm

Appreciate and suggestions

Thanks

I'd say a dead battery is likely. Is the clock keeping time?

I'd go into the BIOS and make a note of all your settings, in case you
lose them. A machine that age might not auto-detect hard drive
parameters.

Otherwise I'd take it apart, brush/blow/suck all the old dust out,
reseat all the connectors - especially memory.

Good luck,
Alex
