19" Daewoo tv chassis:CN-51 picture scrambled & black & white

19" Magnasonic tv model:MCT5112,chassis:CN-51 (Daewoo),year:July
1994,CSA File No:LL37387,the picture is scrambled and black & white,I
could not cross reference this into a Daewoo model nor do I have an ESR
capacitor tester.
Anyone have any common repair tips for Daewoo tv chassis:CN-51?,thanks
in advance for help.
